I finally joined Fitness 1st

I have been thinking of joining a fitness club for so so so long, but never have the commitment to do so. I finally made myself to drive to IOI mall and signed up as member. Actually I wanted to go there just to see see, as I was thinking of joining Perfect Yoga at Puchong.

Maybe the mistake I made was not making a visit to Perfect Yoga. Well, I will never know if I will sign uo for Perfect Yoga if I give them a visit.

So after signing up I am so fired up and wanted to visit the gym everyday. Went there for the 1st time on Saturday and attended Yoga and BodyJam. Liked it. Prefer Yoga though.

Then came sunday and I was too tied up with shopping at IKEA. Then on Monday I went there at 9.30 am to join BodyCombat. The moves reminds me of the days when I was in school, doing Taekwondo. Yes, I am Taekwondo black belt holder (that was more than 10 years ago. After BodyCombat, I joined the Yoga class. Then after that i use 2 of their machines (dunno their name la)

Today, my whole body was aching. All muscles, no miss. So decided to rest for today. But I guess when u start exercising, ur body gets a lift and is full of energy. I cannot sit still like i used to. And I was so lazy to climb the stairs. Despite my aching muscles, I did housechores. Washed toilets, wipe cupboards and pulling grass at the back yard.

i really like the feeling dun feel so fatigue. I am now so refreshed. Can't wait for tomorrow and I shall go for another Yoga class :)

Weighed myself today and I have lost 1kg. So happy. But my weight easily fluctuate by 1-2 kgs due to water retention. Hopefully I can lose 8kg. Keeping my fingers crossed
